Terms:
Terms will commence upon receipt and approval of completed credit application. 
Sale terms are Net 30 days from date of shipment.

Invoicing:
Invoices are generated, faxed and mailed on date of shipment.

Shipping:
18.5 kg cubes will be sent via Federal Express air (prepaid and charge), unless otherwise specified by the customer at time of ordering.  Freight costs will be added to your invoice.   You have the option of choosing a preferred carrier at time of ordering.  (Freight collect only)

185 kg drums will be shipped LTL ground freight, (prepaid and charge) unless otherwise specified at time of ordering.  Freight costs will be added to your invoice.  You have the option of choosing a preferred
Please allow a minimum of 4 days for delivery

Skid orders (4 drums each skid) will be shipped direct from our Plantations to your dock, freight costs are included in skid pricing.  Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks for delivery

Product Returns:
Auscan's authorization is required for any returns and unless we are at fault in filling an order, returned oil is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee plus return freight.
